Jetour & Soueast Motors is dedicated to building a user-centric automotive brand in the Central and South American markets. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Automotive Product Planning Manger R&D to act as the key link connecting the market, users, technology, and business. You will be responsible for defining and planning competitive vehicle products for Jetour & Soueast Motors. You must possess a deep understanding of the unique needs of consumers in Central and South America, including localization requirements and regulatory certifications, and translate these insights into successful product strategies to ensure our products maintain a leading position in the market. Responsibilities Establish and maintain a localized adaptation requirements database. Input localization requirements to the project team, drive product localization development, and ensure compliance with regional regulations, road conditions, climate, fuel quality, driving habits, and other factors. Manage vehicle product configurations. Input local configuration requirements to the project team to meet regional user preferences, such as privacy and security needs, smart features, interior and exterior design preferences, etc. Establish and maintain a multi-channel user feedback collection system, including but not limited to: regular online user follow-ups, dealer visits, social media monitoring, user interviews, post-launch owner experience surveys, etc. Based on market feedback and dealer after‑sales input, collect, categorize, and analyze feedback to propose product improvement suggestions, plan annual updates and configuration adjustments, and enhance product competitiveness. Collaborate with after-sales service, technical quality, and engineering R&D departments to drive the resolution of product issues. As a core member of the project team, work closely with engineering, R&D, sales, and marketing teams to provide product knowledge, competitive analysis, and other insights to the R&D team. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. At least 5 years of work experience in the automotive industry, in roles such as Product Manager, Vehicle Product Management, or Product Marketing. Excellent data analysis skills and business acumen, capable of making informed decisions based on data. Fluency in English. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an OEM is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
