Buscamos tu talento Únete a nuestro equipo para trabajar en un ambiente creativo y multidisciplinario con profesionales de Estados Unidos, Dinamarca, Hungría, entre otros.FUNCIONES PRINCIPALESResponsable de administrar eficazmente la disponibilidad de productos terminados para satisfacer la demanda de los clientes, optimizar la planificación de producción, liderar actividades de mejora continua para las funciones de entregas de materiales, proporcionar soporte gerencial al personal involucrado en esas actividades y liderar el equipo de envío para asegurar los envíos a tiempo.RESPONSABILIDADES- Confirmar la planificación de pronóstico de ventas, soporte de ventas y objetivos operativos. Desarrollar el programa maestro de planificación para las líneas de producción y el proceso de Rotomoldeo- Identificar la escasez de materias primas, coordinar y desarrollar planes de contingencia / resolución- Confirmar las órdenes de los clientes y coordinar la liberación de las órdenes de fabricación para las líneas de Producción.- Coordinar las entregas al cliente con el fin de garantizar el 100% de entrega a tiempo del cliente- Monitoreo y actualización de políticas y procedimientosEDUCACION:- Licenciado en Administración de empresas o carreras afínEXPERIENCIA:- Mínimo de 5 años de experiência en puesto similar; Deseable 3 años en una posición de liderazgo (P & IC, líder / supervisor de logística o comprasCONOCIMIENTOS Y HABILIDADES:- Sistemas Lean de fabricación repetitiva e interpretación de salida de procesamiento de datos.
