Leading a wide Quality functions required for the business including local Customer Care. You will be supported by BU QM&GCC Quality Subfunction Manager. Assuring all vital certifications ISO 9001|ISO 14001|ISO 45001. Drive critical metric improvement - alignment with HQ Sub functions and vital local critical metrics need to be implemented and triggered. You are part of the global QM&GCC community and present monthly the critical metric progress. Ensure global standard processes implemented in your location. Aligning and implementing the yearly strategy and budget with your Sub function Manager. You have the authority to stop unsafe work, production and processes if the corresponding quality is not fulfilled. Driving the organization to prevention - root cause analyses and balanced preventive measures of NCCs projects etc. Empower a diverse and professional team and develop their proficiencies to the next level. Qualifications Degree in technical engineering or equivalent. Leadership focussed on empowering and developing a diverse team. Enjoys working in an international environment. Profound knowledge of core quality methods like FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa Diagram, 5Why and Value Stream Management. Provide guidance for ISO 9001, pref. ISO 14001|ISO 45001.
