In the Electrification & Automation business unit, our worldwide teams cover the entire spectrum for power distribution systems and solutions as well as products for protection technology, station automation, telecontrol technology, power quality, smart communication and microgrids.
With our competence, we provide integrated solutions: From early consultancy via engineering to project management and all the way to installation and commissioning - from field service to consulting and training.
The key elements of this role involve:
- Quality partner of the plant manager assuring the quality standards of SI EA within your location.
- Leading a wide Quality functions required for the business including local Customer Care.
- You will be supported by BU QM&GCC Quality Subfunction Manager.
- Assuring all vital certifications ISO 9001|ISO 14001|ISO 45001.
- Drive critical metric improvement - alignment with HQ Sub functions and vital local critical metrics need to be implemented and triggered.
- You are part of the global QM&GCC community and present monthly the critical metric progress.
- Ensure global standard processes implemented in your location.
- Aligning and implementing the yearly strategy and budget with your Sub function Manager.
- You have the authority to stop unsafe work, production and processes if the corresponding quality is not fulfilled.
- Driving the organization to prevention - root cause analyses and balanced preventive measures of NCCs projects etc.
- Empower a diverse and professional team and develop their proficiencies to the next level.
Helping us drive our future vision, your toolkit may include some of these key skills
- Degree in technical engineering or equivalent.
- Leadership focussed on empowering and developing a diverse team
- Enjoys working in an international environment
- Profound knowledge of core quality methods like FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa Diagram, 5Why and Value Stream Management.
- Provide guidance for ISO 9001, pref. ISO 14001|ISO 45001.
- Proficient in English and Spanish.
