**Description**Business Systems Analyst - Order to Cash ApplicationsBelow is a list of GetPaid Modules and OTC Processes that you will be expected to gain proficient knowledge on:CreditCollectionsDispute ManagementCash Application**What You Will Do In Your Role**- Develop detailed knowledge and understanding of the following:- OTC, accounting, and AR processes- Critically think through GetPaid’s module inter-dependencies.- Interact and partner with global customers, stakeholders, key technology partners, product teams, and IT teams to do the following:- Build, develop and maintain strong working relationships, internalize business strategies, and optimize value.- Actively listen and anticipate customers’ future needs and incorporate into team strategies and priorities.- Have strong initiative to innovate, evaluate and implement technology solutions/projects that drive efficiencies, enhancements, and automation.- Partner with the OTC Global Process Owner team to ensure the KII, KCC, KGS and OTC vision and strategies are understood, being executed within the product team and communicated to users.- Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements through various techniques (data analysis, process analysis, use cases, business rules definitions, etc.)- Have courage to challenge and escalate as necessary, embrace teamwork, be inclusive with differing cultures and opinions, be able to work independently, be reliable and trustworthy.- When needed, be available to help cover support/administrative needs for customers by troubleshooting and using technical and critical thinking skills.- Responsible for understanding impacts of releases, patches, integrations, and system updates; Test and validate new system releases and functionality, communicating effectively with customers on changes, and creating documentation when applicable.- Monitor and ensure integrity of upstream and downstream system integrations.**The Experience You Will Bring****Requirements**:- Knowledge of accounting, finance, and/or Order to Cash and Accounts Receivable processes- Analytical experience, specifically around having a curiosity mindset and asking good questions to dig deep into business processes- Experience engaging with customers through soliciting, capturing, and critically thinking through requirements- Use knowledge and data to understand business needs, efficiently convert requests into actionable assignments, and solution business needs while using good economic thinking- Experience implementing projects and managing product evaluations and selection- Experience influencing and challenging peers and stakeholders to drive to a common goals and solutions- Experience managing, prioritizing, and working simultaneously across multiple issues and concurrent projects without causing disruptions in deliverables, while providing reasonable delivery dates, updates and managing customer expectations- Enrich customer experience through strong verbal communications, including the ability to work with global end users and business leads by answering questions and resolving issues**What Will Put You Ahead**- Experience implementing and/or supporting enterprise ERP or other large-scale systems, specifically in the accounting/finance/Accounts Receivable area- Experience partnering with global end users- Experience working in Agile based methodology (Kanban, SCRUM)- Has a lifelong learner mentality who seeks knowledge and has the aptitude to learn new systems- Understanding of the software development life cycle- Experience with cash management, cash accounting, financial transactions, and payment processes- Experience with Splunk, AWS S3, Moveit, PowerBI, data lakes, ITBM ServiceNow**JOB DETAILS**:LocationGuadalajara, JaliscoCompanyKoch IndustriesCareer FieldInformation Systems & TechnologyJob Number
