The goal is to meet the demands of tomorrow's customers, leveraging long-standing expertise with large and complex commerce transformations in both B2B, B2C and D2C domains.As an award-winning partner of enterprise-class platforms: Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Magento Commerce, and other API first, Headless Commerce surround solutions, we help clients create a competitive advantage with commerce at its core.Our mission is to empower companies to succeed and thrive in the ever-changing digital landscape by building best-in-class future-ready digital commerce solutions globally.As a Senior Magento Backend Engineer, you will translate client requirements into technical development, design schemas and integrate with content management solutions and search engines, unlocking the business value of new technologies.**Key Responsibilities**- Develop a great Digital Consumer experience based on a foundation of Magento.- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on all website preparation and all site updates- Assist with requirements definition, specifications, vendor selections, design, development, and timelines for key initiatives- Take part in solution architecture based on product requirements- Assist with code reviews and pull requests- Diagnose and solve technical problems related to commerce implementation- Define best practices to implement non-functional requirements like performance and scalability of the e-commerce solution- As Senior specialist, mentor and train Junior/Middle developers**Qualifications**- You have at least 5 years of backend web-development experience;- 5+ years of Magento 2 development experience;- Strong knowledge of OOP, PHP, MySQL, Zend or Symfony Frameworks;- Working experience with Docker, Varnish, Redis, ElasticSearch or Solr.- HTML 5, CSS 3 - would be considered as an advantage- Experience with Git and development tools (GitHub / Bitbucket, TeamCity or similar)- Good English, both, written and spoken- Any DEV-oriented certification is an advantage**Additional Information**- Work with professionals who have created some of the most revolutionary solutions in their fields.- Make an impact.
