We are committed to the growth of our Engineering teams and want people who are just as excited by this as we are**About the Role**In this opportunity, as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer you will:- Work with a wide array of technologies to meet objectives including:- Windows and Linux Servers- MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle and PostgreSQL Database Servers- Tomcat, Apache and IIS Applications Servers- Zabbix- Jenkins or other CICD tooling- Software deployment and lifecycle management software- Public and Private Cloud Technologies (AWS or Azure preferred), including CICD experience in AWS.- Possess a strong troubleshooting mentality and asks questions about architecture or implementation.- Participate in on-call rotation.- Drives efficiency and accuracy through scripting, automation, documentation, and continual process improvement.- Produces, delivers, and maintains appropriate documentation for systems in accordance document control standards and procedures.- Provides specialist support during complex and/or major incidents.- May be asked to lead recovery efforts during major incidents within business unit.- Identifies risks & issues and takes ownership to deliver appropriate resolutions.- Responsible to seek out all information and to fully understand all aspects of each device’s technology configuration and uses all approved engineering tools available to implement conforming change.- Recognizes design problems and errors and takes corrective action from a design perspective on the object code environment.
