Purpose:Lead the team of planners Levis and Denizen for CIM MX to achieve product availability according to the requirements of the sales plan (10~15 million units per year), as well as maintain inventory levels (40-50 million USD) in accordance with the current stock policy.Key Results:- Generation and fulfillment of Levis brand OTB- Compliance with the weekly PO emission plan for the Levis brand.- Compliance and improvement in the inventory return policy for the Levis brand.- Compliance and improvement of inventory coverage of the Levis brand- Compliance and improvement of the E&O policy of the Levis brand- Compliance with and improvement of the $ inventory level policy based on current policies.- Generate an excellent work environment within the CIM MX team.Additional Information and Key Metrics:OTB, $Inv EOP, Turns, E&OKey Responsibilities:- Consolidate the results for the Levis brand with its three categories Top/Bottom/Accessories, as well as in its four genders men/women/boys/girls- Lead a team of three to four planners for the Levis Mexico brand.- Ensure the correct planning of inventory requirements of your team based on the demand plan for the entire Levis brand.- Ensure the issuance of purchase orders in time for your team based on the weekly requirements of PCONF / Issuance of POs.- Monthly consolidation of the OTB shopping plan for the Levis brand with all its categories and genres.- Tracking purchase orders from your team to ensure supplier SLAs and avoid supply chain delays- Monitoring of Ship Risk of the Levis brand as well as action plans to minimize risk levels of the brand in general.- Monthly consolidation, monitoring and improvement of E&O for the Levis brand.- Troubleshooting of your work team in terms of issuing orders, order planning, expediting, delay problems during the logistics process.Minimum Education Required: Bachelor degree, Industrial Engineer, Bachelor of administration, bachelor in International BusinessYears and Type of Experience Required: 3 years in related jobsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:SAPAPOExcelPower BI or business intelligence softwaresAPICS certification is a plusComplexity and Accountability:Is the responsible for the Inventory levels in Levis MXKey partners & Interaction:- Internal: Merch Planning, Commercial, LTC- External (if applicable): Vendors, SSM, Resource planningScope: Levis and Denizen MEX brand inventoryLOCATIONMexico, D.F., MexicoFULL TIME/PART TIMEFull time
