**Purchasing Specialist**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Receive and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.- Issue purchase orders in compliance with company policies and procedures.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop solutions that meet customer requirements for timeliness and quality.- Organize and maintain the sourcing board database to ensure accessibility and accuracy of information.- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to ensure smooth operational flow.- Manage and participate in special projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.- Support additional tasks such as preparing reports, tracking key metrics, and assisting with documentation and process improvements.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.- Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines.
