Virtual Sales Agent (Law-Intake) - MexicoAli Awad Law, P.C. is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm based out of Atlanta Georgia.Visit our site: Personal Injury Law Firm | CEO LawyerSummary:As part of the intake department, you will be our first source of contact with our clientsreceiving and making calls to interact with themIn their day-to-day activities, we assist our possible clients in getting compensated for theirpersonal injuries by qualifying their cases and answering any questions they might have.Schedules: They are varied and depending on your time zone, while we rotate once ortwice a month for a weekend we try our best to ensure you have days 2 days off in a row.As a Full-Time Virtual Legal Aide, you will assist our Intake department by followingthe responsibilities listed but not limited to the ones in this document.requested needs.- Organize contracts, termination letters, photos, and other documents on Dropbox.- Answer all the inbound calls, clients, and leads with great customer service skills.When needed,- transfer it to the right member of the team.- Set up Filevine projects for new clients or the tools requested.- Register all the comments, observations, and updates in Leaddocket.- Review and look for new contracts to be registered into Filevine.- Follow up on the leads assigned, ensure a great quality interaction, and clean up theold Leads in- Leaddocket.- Answer new potential clients, ask probing questions, and follow the process tocomplete the sign-in or- Escalate the call to an Intake Specialist.- Complete the intake process of a new client to be transferred to the Pre-Litigationdepartment.the case(notification).- Complete clinic referrals, taking into consideration the client's location.- Complete and share the EOD report every day at the end of the shift.- Complete assigned training on our training software Trainual.- Assist the intake department on a task-by-task basis.- Participate in stand-up meetings, dailies, weeklies, and monthly meetings.- Participate actively in company activities or HR sessions.- Close contracts get commissions**Requirements**:- Fully Bilingual (English)- Your PC or Laptop (A Wired connection to your modem is recommended)- Headset with noise canceling / quiet place to work in.- This job is remote, and you will be responsible for your local taxes.We Offer:- Payment/ hour: 7 USD.- Commission per contract on a 40% revenue share: 10 USD.- 40 hours of Work a Week.- 2 days Off.- 100% Remote, (Home is where the Wi-Fi is).- Contractor / Freelance.Pay: From $147.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: Remote
