Job Overview: As a Principal you will lead strategic engagements with top‑tier clients, delivering high‑impact solutions and driving business growth. This hands‑on role involves not only leading but actively contributing to project execution, working closely with cross‑functional teams, and mentoring junior colleagues. You will collaborate across one or more Centers of Excellence (CoEs), applying your expertise to solve complex challenges and generate tangible client value. Key Responsibilities Own client engagements and ensure delivery of high‑quality solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Actively participate in project execution, contributing expertise and ensuring alignment with client goals. Lead project teams in executing strategic initiatives with efficiency and impact. Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members, fostering their development and strengthening team capabilities. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients. Develop and implement account growth strategies to expand IQVIA's footprint and increase revenue. Lead proposal development and pricing strategies to ensure commercially viable and profitable engagements. Represent IQVIA in industry forums, client meetings, and publications to enhance market presence. Collaborate with CoE and Geographic Leaders to design innovative and commercially viable solutions. Stay current with industry trends and IQVIA's evolving capabilities, sharing insights across teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in life sciences or consulting. Strong track record of managing senior client relationships and delivering strategic solutions. Deep expertise in at least one CoE area with working knowledge across others. Proven business development and proposal writing skills. Excellent interpersonal influencing and networking abilities. Ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities. High energy, drive, and enthusiasm for solving healthcare challenges.
