**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Supports Procurement Managers with data collection and analysis related to vendor marketplace, market rates, service levels, global support model.- Supports assigned procurement activities such as identifying requirements for software buy/renewal, PR/POs management related to procurement, contract and vendor database administration and review of contract terms.- Lead and supports data analysis for cost optimization to support negotiation strategies and compare vendor bids.- Work closely with Business stakeholders, Finance and Legal as part of procurement process.Help identify process improvements and lead initiatives for change.**QUALIFICATIONS****Minimum Job Qualifications**:- 2+ years of experience in procurement, preferably Direct materials**Preferred Qualifications**:- E-Sourcing experience, specifically with reverse auctions.- Strong analytical skills and expert user at Microsoft Excel.- A strong business acumen- Ability to work within a matrix management environment- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.- Process improvement skills- Project Management Skills - Ability to organize and schedule people and tasks- Highly organized and can multi-task**EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS**- BA or BS, Technology or Business is preferred.**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**- No Special Physical Requirements**ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS**- N/A**TRAVEL TIME REQUIRED**- N/A
