Objetivo: Responsable de proveer toda la base estratégica, analítica y operativa que permita incrementar de manera relevante y sostenida la productividad y rentabilidad del equipo comercial (incrementos anuales de +20% en ingresos operativos) de la unidad de negocio.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Indicadores de gestión comercial: Reunir la información sobre el desempeño del equipo comercial de las diversas fuentes, organizarla, darle coherencia y presentarla de forma amigable (tableros) para contribuir en la correcta toma de decisiones.
- Proceso de ventas: Implementación y monitoreo de mejores prácticas en el proceso comercial definido (rituales, rutinas, reuniones, tableros, etc.). Detección de oportunidades en la gestión de cada persona para contribuir en los planes de acción que contribuyan a mejoras en el desempeño.
- Capacitación: Entrenar a los nuevos ingresos y a todo el equipo comercial sobre todo lo relacionado al proceso de ventas, KPIs y procesos del CRM.
- Campañas: Extracción, evaluación y asignación de oportunidades de venta por segmento y geografía mediante la exploración granular del CRM y otras bases de datos disponibles (p.ej. DENUE, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Incentivos comerciales: Apoyo estratégico y analítico a la Dirección para la redacción de las políticas comerciales (de todos aquellos con compensación variable, como Implementación) y asegurar con Finanzas el pago correcto de las comisiones al finalizar cada mes. Esto incluye la definición de los objetivos y metas comerciales por persona de tal manera que se alcancen los resultados en presupuesto.
