Coordinate the Local Label Adaptation Process for CPW LATAM, developing monografías, from one market to multimarket, alignign within the NiM RSA network for impacted countries, looking for simplified as possible compliant labels.2. Identify and Implement changes to the monografía process to make it run as efficiently as possible.3. Leverage regulatory expertisse for assessing product compliance for the regulations accross the region (geo expansion, recipe changes, new ingredients, sourcing changes, etc)4. Coordinates & supports within NiM network the support for derogations, exceptional liberations and regulatory risk assessments.5. Develop and maintain documentation libraries for monografías and recipe assessments to ensure clear, easy and proper access to updated records.7. Comply with the Code of the World Health Organization (WHO) on the Marketing of Breast Milk Substitutes, Nestlé Instructions and Nestlé Policy on the Marketing of Breast Milk, any amendments and relevant government regulation each of the activities inherent to the functions of this position.**Lo que te hará exitoso**:1. 3 years experience in a regulatory team or in close contact with regulatory enviroment or several years in a Regulatory Team (Food Association or Governmental Authorities)2. Applied knowledge in food labeling and additive regulations (i.e. CODEX)3. Recognised as credible regulatory specialist throughout the local organization.4. Self driven and orientated to results. Demostrate influencing skills in a previus job. Being able to deliver results through others5.
