At PIP Global Safety, we’re protecting people and the planet, one innovation at a time.We’re doubling our global footprint through the transformative acquisition of legacy brands like North®, Howard Leight®, Miller®, Fibre-Metal®, Oliver®, Salisbury®, and more—bringing even greater innovation, expertise, and reach to our customers worldwide.Join a growing global organization where protection is more than a product—it’s our purpose and our passion.**JOB SUMMARY**- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.- Support Area of operation in machine breakdowns through root cause analysis- Participate in the improvement action plan along with engineering and maintenance leadership.- Carry out improvement actions on machines.- Creating kaizen on machinery- Support in automation projects along with engineering and maintenance leadership- 5 ́s in machinery and its work area- Responsible for the training of technicians B and C as buddy partners (new hires)- Monitor machine downtime to intensify when 5% of target is exceeded.**YOU ARE**- Experienced in maintenance and repair operations.- Strong knowledge of repair and overhaul processes and methodologies.- Proficiency in using maintenance management systems and tools.- Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair**REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS**1. Advanced knowledge in electrical control2. Advanced knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanics3. Advanced knowledge in vision system4. Advanced Servo Motor Expertise5.Advanced knowledge in PLC programming6. intermediate knowledge at Robot Epson & Fanuc7.Intermediate knowledge of ultrasonic welding machines8.Intermediate knowledge of sewing machine9.
