Become part of this world and make a difference with us.**The Role**:We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support one of our clients in Monterrey or Mexico City, Mexico. This role will require the individual to work onsite once a week in the office. We are looking for individuals Bilingual in English and Spanish.Experience Sourcing Talent in IT is ideal.**Key Accountabilities**:**What you’ll be doing**:- Fully utilize relevant ATS ensuring that activities are conducted within the ATS as appropriate, that data accuracy and quality is maintained through all processes and that it accurately reflects the status of all activity.- Engage with Recruiters and Hiring Managers on intake calls to learn about requirements, contributing knowledge and adding value to discussions.- Manage job board advertising or Client career-site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate.- Ensure regular communication with Client Services team to understand on-going requirements and to share progress of activity.**Skills & Experience**:**What you need to have to be successful**:- 3+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer.- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must have.- Experience Sourcing Talent in IT is ideal.- Experience of working with recruitment systems (i.e. ATS, CRM) and maintaining a high level of data integrity.- Experience of directly engaging with end-clients.**Other**:**Why AMS?**At AMS, we recognize the value of different perspectives and experiences in prompting innovation, sparking creativity, and solving problems.We come from every walk of life, and our culture is open and inclusive.
