Together, we lead the way to make mining and construction more sustainable.Your Mission: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in delivering modern, effective talent acquisition and onboarding services to attract and retain top talent at Epiroc. This position focuses on supporting the recruitment operations through coordinating a smooth interview process, and delivering a seamless, engaging onboarding experience—aligned with Epiroc’s values.**Responsibilities**:Support Recruitment Operations through:- Manage recruitment reporting and metrics to support continuous improvement.Support Onboarding operations through:- Coordinate pre-employment processes, including drug screenings, medical evaluations, and background checks in partnership with external vendors.- Prepare, update, and deliver onboarding packages and materials to enhance the new hire experience. Manage onboarding logistics, including IT access, HR documentation, welcome kits, and training schedules.- Maintain accurate onboarding records and ensure timely updates in systems like SAP SuccessFactors.- Partner with departments across the organization to ensure a smooth and successful integration of new hires.- Promote a data-driven and digitally enabled approach to onboarding.- Recommend process enhancements based on continuous improvement methodologies.Your profile:- Required: Bachelor’s degree- Preferred: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldKnowledge and Experience- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding coordination across multiple sites.- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, or French) are a plus.- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, HireRight, and service ticketing systems.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $22,000.00 - $29,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:*What is your salary expectations?*How many years of experience do you have in on boarding activities?*What is your English language proficiency?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
