Empresa importante constructora brinda soluciones específicas para promover, desarrollar e invertir capital en proyectos de infraestructura en México.Crece con nosotros como **Project Manager (Especialista en subcontratos)**- **Buscamos**:_- Ingeniería Civil (Titulado)- Contar con al menos 5 años en administración de proyectos y subcontratos, generación de licitaciones, especificaciones técnicas, catálogos, fianzas, contratos y estimaciones, actas, reclamos, seguros y finiquitos.- Manejo de Autocad y Project- Conocimientos: Obra civil pesada, instalaciones hidromecánicas y manejo de presupuestos y estimaciones.- Disponibilidad de viajar/Cambio de residencia- **Tus objetivos serán**:_- Asegurar que la obra a subcontratar cumpla con los requerimientos de calidad, costos, tiempo de entrega y políticas en materia de seguridad y medio ambiente.- Supervisar, administrar, y controlar a los subcontratistas para que se logre el cumplimiento en tiempo y forma del proyecto de obra.- **Ofrecemos**:_- Prestaciones de ley- 100% Nómina- Seguro de vidaTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $45,000.00 - $45,001.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de vidaPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuántos años de experiência tienes en administración de proyectos y subcontratos?- ¿Qué dominio tienes en el manejo de Project?- ¿Qué dominio tienes en el manejo de AutoCAD?
