Experience with AI integrations is preferred.You are able to commit to 30-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and can work in European time zones, ideally CET. Interest in and practice of mindfulness is an important requirement to fit our organizational culture. We walk our own talk.**Please note that this is a self-employed role.****You will focus on**:- Design and implement SharePoint solutions that align with business goals and user needs.- Develop and maintain the architecture for the company's intranet, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and efficient.- Customize SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, forms, workflows, and web modules.- Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and translate them into functional intranet features.- Ensure the intranet's stability, reliability, and performance.- Conduct training sessions for staff to improve adoption and effective use of the intranet.- Keep abreast of SharePoint updates and new technologies, recommending and implementing improvements.- Provide technical support and guidance for SharePoint users.**You will bring**:- Proven experience as a SharePoint Engineer or similar role.- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and Office 365.- Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).- Understanding of network infrastructure and security principles.- Experience with user experience (UX) design and accessibility standards.- Knowledge of cloud services, preferably Azure or AWS.- Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum.- Certifications in SharePoint or related technologies.- Experience with AI integrations, for example, MS Copilot.- Demonstrates a highly collaborative, service oriented, team-player mind-set- An excellent level of English, fluent in both spoken and written is essential- Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills- Having a daily personal meditation practice**We Offer**- Being an important and influential part of a highly purpose driven, rapidly growing, international organization passionate about creating a more human world of work by harnessing people’s full potential of their mind- Opportunity to work in a highly collaborative, mindful, collegial work context with amazing colleagues from all over the world- Opportunity to go on mindfulness retreats and balance work with practice- Ability to work from home**How to Apply**If you are interested, please submit your CV and a motivation letter by clicking on the **"Apply" **button.Your contact person for this recruitment is Michaela Kress.Potential Project is a people-centered company.
