DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Director with a strong technical background and a proven track record in managing complex, large-scale projects. This is a strategic leadership role within a dynamic and innovation-driven organization.**What You’ll Do**:Lead the delivery of high-impact projects, ensuring technical and financial performance.Involvement in EPC or large-scale industrial projectsOversee all technical deliverables and drive continuous improvement initiativesServe as the main contact for clients and internal sales teams, ensuring satisfaction and alignmentContribute to business development, including technical positioning and tender reviewsManage and grow a team of Project Managers and Project DirectorsDefine departmental structure to align with strategic business goalsMonitor and report financial and technical KPIs to upper management**Requirements**:**What We’re Looking For**:Engineering degree or technical Master’s degree15+ years of experience in complex project managementFluent in EnglishExperience in the service industry working with the automotive industry is a strong advantage.Excellent leadership, organizational, and client relationship skills15 years
