_**Nepanoa has partnered with our client on their search for a Procurement Analyst**_**Summary**A Procurement Analyst plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing a company’s procurement activities, focusing on obtaining goods and services in a cost-effective, efficient, and compliant manner.**Key Duties and Responsibilities**- Supplier Research & Selection: Identifying potential suppliers, evaluating their capabilities, and conducting supplier assessments to ensure they meet the company’s needs in terms of quality, price, delivery timelines and payment terms.- Data Analysis: Analyzing procurement data to identify trends, evaluate supplier performance and uncover cost-saving opportunities.- Purchasing & Procurement Strategies: Developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with the organization’s objectives.- Negotiation: Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best deals while maintaining supplier relationships.- Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitoring and controlling procurement budgets, ensuring that purchases are made within financial constraints and looking for opportunities to reduce costs without compromising on quality or delivery.- Contract Management: Reviewing, drafting, and managing procurement contracts, ensuring they comply with legal and company standards and protecting the organization’s interests.- Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels to prevent both shortages and excess stock. This includes ensuring timely procurement to meet operational needs while minimizing inventory holding costs.- Risk Management & Compliance: Identifying potential risks in the supply chain and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal procurement policies. Work to mitigate risks such as supply disruptions or price volatility.- Supplier Management: Maintaining relationships with suppliers, monitoring their performance, and resolving any issues related to quality, delivery, or price.- Reporting & Documentation: Generating reports on procurement performance, supplier performance, cost savings, and procurement trends.- Collaboration with Other Departments: Working closely with other departments (finance, logistics, production, etc.) to align procurement activities with broader organizational goals.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or relevant- Proficient in English (C1)- At least 6+ years of experience of sourcing, purchasing or supply chain. Proven record of cost reduction, resilience supply chain and other sourcing achievements are required- Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory- Availability to travel up to 25% of the timeApplication Question(s):- ¿Cuál es tu expectativa salarial?Work Location: In person
