We seek individuals with the unique ability to extract and unveil the value of our Intelligent Devices portfolio and a desire to consult with customers to understand and guide their automation journey. If you want to be part of a team that empowers our customers by creating innovative automation solutions that unlock productivity, efficiency, this is the role for you. We are seeking a, experienced, and enthusiastic Portfolio Expert to join our experienced team**Essential Functions**:- Support direct and indirect sales efforts through onsite customer visits to develop solutions that include our Intelligent Devices portfolio aligned with our Software and Control and Lifecycle services offering. This may include technical presentations, product specifications, cross-referencing of products, etc.- Define the scope and bill of materials.- Work with Sales, Distributors, and Partners to develop strategies to position our Intelligent Devices portfolio.- Collaborate with Sales and Distribution to transfer knowledge about our Intelligent Devices portfolio.- Work with Sales Management to prioritize strategic customer pursuits and collaborate to execute the sales plan.- Stay abreast of current and evolving industry and customer requirements in designated regions to ensure proper product offerings.- Motivate cross-functional resources to ensure customer satisfaction with solutions.- Assist sales and technical sales teams as required to meet quarterly and yearly order plans.- Projected 50% travel.**Qualifications Required**:- Degree in Engineering - Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics.- 5 or more years of experience in sales or related positions that support sales (commercial preferred) with a focus on RA Intelligent Devices portfolio or similar.- Experience with all or most of the following: Motor Control, Motion, Safety, Industrial Control, Sensing.- Proven understanding of business drivers, manufacturing processes, and industry best practices across various industries.- Proven track record in dealing with complex global organizations.**What we offer**:Please contact your TA Team Advisor for details.**Benefits**:Once the recruiter contacts you, she will let you know about the benefits that we have as health insurance, pension plan, savings found.LI-AP2LI-HybridRockwell Automation’s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
