At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities**:This role is to provide support to the field fleet teams. The nature of the work is proactive and must be able to alert key stakeholders quickly. This role is responsible for administrating the Fleet Fuel card program for FLNA. The role includes maintaining card access as well as score carding, financial reporting, key performance indicator report generation, and issue resolution.The PA will be able to make project management, looking for continuous improvements in the daily activities of the team. The PA will be able to develop soft skills as leadership, decision making, troubleshooting and effective communication between the team & stakeholders.The PA will be able to participate in higher complexity projects in which the focus will be the major opportunity for reducing costs to the company.Qualifications:- Fluent in English- Bachelor’s degree in Business/operations, Engineering or similar field preferred- Power BI, Power App or Tableau experience.- Coding experience (Python)- Database management knowledge- Administrative support or Fleet experience preferred- Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner internally and with suppliers- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively- Produce/review various performance reports to drive results- Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)- Strong passion for customer service and fleet excellence- Ability to effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with internal and external customers- Able to assist with account management duties- Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations- Excellent written and oral communications skills- Demonstrated ability to leveraging system and tools- Excellent analytical skills- Proven working experience in project management- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills- 1-3 years of experience in project managment
