This role will also work closely with the supply chain leadership team to develop compelling narratives from data insights; translating complex findings into clear, actionable business recommendations. This role will support the Customer Supply Chain team + extended SAMS-WMT cross-functional teams. It will also be responsible of providing tactical execution of the Business Support operations + innovating workflows and staying in touch with the business to meet requirements and proactively suggest new ways of looking at data.**Your Impact**As SC Visualization Data Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:- Reviewing data, trends assessments, and information presentations to the Leadership team while creating of comprehensive cross-functional reporting tools and procedures.- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used in analyses, reports, and presentations.- Innovate on how supply chain data is presented and communicated to stakeholders, exploring new visualization techniques or reporting methods.- Play a key role in the development and execution of critical supply chain initiatives, including Network Modeling, KPI development, and process optimization, ensuring alignment with and achievement of business objectives.- Partner with Business Unit (BU) teams to go beyond raw data, identifying strategic opportunities and developing advanced decision-making tools that drive operational excellence and elevate overall service performance.- Provide Adhoc support to monitor Service KPIs and critical SC Metrics.- Design and build analytics tools for business users to deep dive service issues.Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?****Education**- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Operations Research, Business Analytics, or Supply Chain Management (preferred).**Experience**- Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills to engage with BU teams and leadership- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Power BI (preferred), with the ability to create sophisticated data stories and visualizations for decision-making.- Skilled in preparing executive-ready presentations that clearly communicate data, insights, and business recommendations.- Creating insights and visualization using PowerBI- Highly proficient with MS Excel (macros) and PowerBI (desireable)- Prepare executive ready presentations with data and insights- Desireable 2-3 years of experience in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry or in Data Analysis and Business Analyst roles, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.- Desired experience working with large volumes of data and proficiency in writing SQL/Python queries/scripts**What can you expect from us**:- Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.- Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.- Development programs according to Leadership skills.- Specialized training according to the role.- Learning experiences with internal and external providers.- We love to celebrate success, which is why we have recognition programs for seniority, behavior, leadership, moments of life, among others.- Financial wellness programs that will help you reach your goals in all stages of life.- A flexibility program that will allow you to balance your personal and work life, adapting your working day to your lifestyle.- And because your family is also important to us, they can also enjoy benefits such as our Wellness Line, thousands of Agreements and Discounts, Scholarship programs for your children, Aid Plans for different moments of life, among others.**We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
