Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:The Contact Center Support Specialist is the first point of contact for spare parts for robots and attachments customers and business partners of the Robotics & Discrete Automation in San Luis Potosi. In this role and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid team by reacting to customer inquiries.**This position reports to**:Business Manager - Portfolio**Your responsibilities**:- Delivering effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue.- Monitoring the status of orders.- Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation.- Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification.- Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas.**Your background**:- Engineering or bachelor's degree completed.- 1-2 years of Customer support experience.- Experience in management of purchase orders.- SAP and salesforce experience.- Willingness to travel.- Valid visa and passport are desirable.- Advanced English level.**More about us**:
