**Warehouse Manager**

**Location**:**Puebla, Mexico

**Responsibilities**:

- Fully oversee the daily operations and team management of the Mexico warehouse, ensuring alignment with group strategic objectives.
- Establish and improve a modern warehouse management system, promote standardized work processes, and supervise execution and performance achievement.
- Take full responsibility for EHS, quality, cost, delivery, efficiency, and other internal and external performance indicators; uphold commitments to stakeholders while preventing and eliminating safety or environmental incidents.
- Maintain relationships with local government agencies and key customers to ensure compliant operations and support sales targets.
- Approve business activities and allocate resources within authorized scope.
- Handle major emergencies in the Mexico warehouse.

**Requirements**:

- ** Language**:

- Native-level Chinese Mandarin
- Fluent English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing) preferred
- ** Education**:

- Associate degree or above
- Majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
- ** Core Competencies**:

- Strong team leadership and cross-cultural management skills
- Excellent stress tolerance and problem-solving ability in complex situations
- ** Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in warehouse logistics or production management; multinational experience in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with end-to-end supply chain management in manufacturing is a strong plus

**Gerente de Almacén**

**Ubicación**: Puebla, México

**Responsabilidades**:

- Supervisar de manera integral las operaciones diarias y la gestión del equipo del almacén en México, garantizando la alineación con los objetivos estratégicos del grupo.
- Establecer y mejorar un sistema moderno de gestión de almacenes, impulsar procesos de trabajo estandarizados y supervisar la ejecución y el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
- Asumir la responsabilidad total de seguridad, salud, medio ambiente, calidad, costo, entregas y eficiencia, así como de otros indicadores internos y externos; cumplir con los compromisos ante las partes interesadas y prevenir incidentes de seguridad y medioambientales.
- Mantener relaciones con las autoridades locales y con clientes clave para asegurar una operación en cumplimiento normativo y apoyar el logro de las metas de ventas.
- Aprobar actividades comerciales y asignar recursos dentro del ámbito de autoridad.
- Gestionar emergencias importantes que surjan en el almacén de México.

**Requisitos**:

- ** Idiomas**:

- Chino mandarín (nível nativo)
- Inglés y español fluidos (oral, escrito y lectura) son altamente deseables
- ** Formación académica**:

- Título de Técnico Superior o superior
- Se valorarán carreras en Logística, Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro, Administración de Empresas o afines
- ** Competencias clave**:

- Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo de equipos y gestión intercultural
- Alta tolerancia a la presión y destacada capacidad para resolver problemas complejos
- ** Experiência**:

- Más de 5 años de experiência en logística de almacenes o gestión de producción; experiência en multinacionales en puestos equivalentes es un plus
- Conocimiento de la gestión integral de la cadena de suministro en manufactura es altamente valorado
