Write the next chapter of your ABB story.**:**This position reports to**:Planning & Fulfillment Manager**Your role and responsibilities**:In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the development of the planning and fulfillment-related processes, skills, and tools. Each day, you will support performance improvement, including customer on-time delivery and lead time. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Area in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. You will be mainly accountable for: - Maintaining the right inventory levels, optimizing them according to the company’s targets while ensuring high customer service level. - Supporting and maintaining inventory management processes for finished/semi-finished goods and/or raw materials in line with company guidelines. - Performing standard and ad hoc detailed analyses of planning and fulfillment metrics, including Days Inventory on Hand (DIH), on-time delivery, lead time, forecast accuracy, and resource utilization. - Identifying key root causes for non-performance and drives improvement initiatives across businesses.**Qualifications for the role**:- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, industrial or similar engineering.- 5 - 7 years of experience in similar positions.- SAP knowledge.- APICS Certification required.- Advanced English level.- Supply chain certification.- Experience in personnel management.- Review service level and customer service information.- Follow-up with programmers to schedule production.- Review material shortages and follow-up for material delivery dates.- Follow-up and review demands for new projects.- Lead the supply chain process for new production lines.**What's in it for you?**:- Feel empowered: take ownership and drive exciting results in your scope of action- Bring your knowledge and expertise, make the difference in technology- Enjoy a supportive and solution driven team environment**Benefits**:- Retirement plan- Life insurance- Accident insurance- Paid and Unpaid leave opportunities- Wellbeing program- Dental insurance.- Flex days.- Employee Assistance Program (PAE).- Development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF).**More about us**:
