Zarządzaj tym, co porusza świat.Stanowisko to podlega:Manufacturing Unit Manager**Your role and responsibilities**In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead supply planning, inventory management, and resource management in the regional distribution center or local Sales organization. Each day, you will drive planning initiatives to improve customer on-time delivery and lead time. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory and supply plan.The work model for the role is: #L-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the ELSP Hub America in **Monterrey**.You will be mainly accountable for:- Owning the site supply planning process.- Providing visibility of supply capacity and local supply objectives into the Sales and Operations Planning process.- Running a short-term planning process or Sales & Operation Execution process, ensuring seamless alignment between planning and execution.- Supporting the profitable execution of customer orders, in coordination with business functions and Supply units (feeder factories).- Our team dynamics (Optional)_You will join a high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.**Qualifications for the role**- You enjoy working with advanced planning methodologies, ERP systems (SAP), and Lean Six Sigma tools in the manufacturing and supply chain sector.- You have 8+ years of experience in materials management, production planning, and fulfillment operations, with a proven track record of leading complex planning processes and cross-functional teams.- You have worked as a Planning and Fulfillment Manager, handling high SKU volumes, purchasing operations, and inventory optimization projects.- Highly adept in SAP (super user level), Microsoft Office Suite, and supply chain planning platforms.- You are passionate about leadership, continuous improvement, and operational excellence, and you are innovative around problem-solving, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with extensive knowledge of S&OP, inventory control, and fulfillment planning.- You are at ease communicating in English, both written and spoken, and can effectively engage with global and local stakeholders.**More about us****ABB ELSP Hub America, Monterey 2.0
