Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Planning & Fulfillment Specialist**Your Role: Own the Challenge**In this role, you will be responsible for converting the supply plan into an executable master production schedule. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a time-phased production plan. You will also demonstrate your expertise by establishing key performance indicators to measure master schedule accuracy.The work model for the role is: OnsiteGlobal relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Line in NogalesKey Responsibilities:- Collaborate with functional managers to maintain accurate forecasts through timely feedback.- Prepare master schedule reports that reflect performance against business, shipment, inventory, and production plans.- Identify current demand levels and develop tactical production plans to meet customer requirements.- Schedule supply based on product mix and provide accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.**Qualifications**- 3-5 years of experience in Planning & Fulfillment.- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.- Advanced English level.- Experience in data analysis is a plus.- Bachelor’s degree completed (required)**We also offer our employees the following benefits**:- Performance Bonus- Saving fund- Paid parental leave- Life insurance- Retirement plan- Health and dental insurance- Wellbeing program- Flex days- Employee Assistance Program (PAE)- Access to development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)
