You will be working for a US-based technology company leading the development of an Ecommerce platforms that supports independent retailers in North America adopt and embrace this new key components of their digital marketing solutions. We build and maintain thousands of retailer websites that must run reliably, efficiently, and effectively. This lead position is responsible for leading the development team in implementing new functionality and coding updates to both new and existing systems. In this position, you will primarily be working with Node/Postgres on the backend and Next/React on the frontend, but working knowledge of similar and related technologies is important.The role will work on an amazing team of engineers to continue building out products to meet our retailers digital needs.We only want the best and if you are looking to work with a fast growing and stable American company then this position is for you. We offer some of the best benefits and compensation available in the market for talented and energetic people:- Top of the market salary based on knowledge and experience- Ability to work remotely- 100% of salary registered at IMSS (as it should be)- Retirement housing and social security are of course included within the 100% registry of IMSS- Private minor and major medical Insurance with $20,000,000 MXN in coverage for employee and direct family- 20 days Christmas bonus- Life and Disability Insurance with $2,000,000 MXN in coverage- Savings Fund with 100% company-match policy.- Personal Savings Plan (Caja de Ahorro) set up by the company.- Great work environment / relaxed atmosphere- 15 vacation days from the first year of employment- Gym membership sponsorship- Fully stocked kitchen in new office space- 24-hour access to office installations after work hours and during the weekend if needed- Direct working relationship between client and employee**The Responsibilities**- Manage a team of 10+ developers, development operations engineers, and QA specialists- Define and roll out team processes to support healthy day-to-day operations of the development team- Work closely with product managers to ideate software solutions and project managers to estimate effort and execute product development resources- Design client-side and server-side architecture- Develop and manage well-functioning database architecture- Work with DevOps to lead decisions on security, monitoring, and service uptime accountability- Write technical documentation as needed- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and teams across the organization to scope and improve software- 3+ years in a team lead role- Experience working on teams spread across multiple timezones in the Americas and worldwide- Expert knowledge of NodeJS, Next.js, and SQL databases- Experience with major cloud systems like GCP/AWS/Azure- Bonus: ability to work with limited requirements documentation and adapt to a functional product**PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUMES IN ENGLISH
