FLSmidth is looking for a Proposal Coordinator.Location: Monterrey, NL.Joining our global team of more than 11,000 people, you will be part of an agile and ambitious network of talented individuals contributing toward a sustainable future in mining. Seize the opportunity to learn, create and deliver leading technology and services to the mining industry.FLS is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to work on our Order Execution team based in Monterrey.**Responsibilities**:- Handle daily operational relations and interface with customers and warehouses in order to check availability of products that are needed to satisfy customer demands.- Escalate complicated issues to senior levels.- Prioritize, maintain, and place Sales Orders from received PO from our customers, also push requisitions to buyers, as well access to several portals and revise inventory levels.- Perform daily calls based on specifications and according to predefined procedures and processes to ensure delivery on time.- Generate quotes(proposals) for our customers.What you bring*- Previous experience with quoting and order entry in the mining, cement, or another heavy industry- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders- English fluency- Ability to analyze sales trends, pricing, and margins.- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and have a firm understanding of ERP (Oracle is a plus), and Inventory work flows preferable to have some knowledge.- Logistics knowledge is a plus.What we offer- An equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace- A global network of supportive colleagues and growth opportunities- Work-life balance so you can focus on professional and personal priorities- Competitive benefit package including life health insurance options (Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores y Menores).- Time to recharge through vacation days and holidays- Savings fund and Christmas allowanceFLS is dedicated to growing and supporting a diverse workforce.
