Here, you can do the work that matters.**Job Purpose:**The LTDP is a critical element to increase the health of the Order-to-Delivery (OTD) talent pipeline, and ultimately the leadership pipeline for the Caterpillar Mexican Facilities Key Job Roles. The program promotes long-term Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) throughout by seeding the pipeline with diverse talent, providing diverse experiences across multiple Mexican Facilities throughout the three-year rotational program.**Scope**:Include Monterrey, Nuevo Laredo, Torreón, Reynosa, Acuña and Ramos Arizpe sites**Background/Experience**:- New graduated in Engineering (Purchasing and Supply Chain can be International Business)- English conversation- Minimum average 8- Leadership- Initiative- Availability to travel or relocate in Mexico- Strong communication skills- Oriented to teamwork**The Caterpillar Code of Conduct states that we will select and place employees based on their qualifications for the job to be performed, without regard to race, religion, national origin, color, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or disability.
