We are expanding our litigation support team and are seeking a **Case Management Assistant with strong PI experience** to help us maintain our standard of top-tier client care.**Role Overview**The **Case Management Assistant** plays a crucial **support role** within the legal team, assisting Case Managers with administrative, client communication, and documentation-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is **detail-oriented**, **tech-savvy**, and **experienced in personal injury case processes**, especially pre-litigation support.**Key Responsibilities**- **Client Communication & Coordination**- Schedule appointments, medical visits, and follow-ups.- Update clients on routine case progress, under the supervision of the Case Manager.- **Document & File Management**- Assist in organizing and maintaining **digital case files** in Filevine.- Upload medical records, police reports, photos, and other case documentation.- Ensure all documents are accurately labeled, categorized, and stored.- **Medical & Insurance Support**- Follow up with medical providers for treatment status and billing documentation.- Input and track medical records and bills for review.- Assist in preparing demand package documentation as needed.- **Data Entry & Reporting**- Input case notes, tasks, and deadlines in Filevine or designated case management software.- Generate basic reports for internal review.- Track outgoing/incoming correspondence from providers, clients, and insurance.- **Team Collaboration**- Support Case Managers, Attorneys, and Intake Team in case flow efficiency.- Join daily/weekly huddles for updates and task prioritization.- Use Time Doctor to log hours and identify productivity improvements.**Minimum Qualifications**- **Must have at least 3 years of recent personal injury case experience (non-negotiable)**:- Strong understanding of **medical terminology**, treatment timelines, and the PI claim lifecycle- Tech-literate: Comfortable using tools like **Filevine**, **Google Suite**, and **Time Doctor**:- Organized, reliable, and able to **follow through with mínimal reminders**:- High level of written and verbal **English communication skills**:- Spanish bilingual **preferred but not required****Preferred Experience**- Prior experience supporting PI attorneys or case managers remotely- Familiarity with **demand packages**, **medical liens**, and **insurance claims**:- Knowledge of **pain management**, **chiropractic**, or **physical therapy** treatment flows**How to Apply**Ready to bring your skills to a firm that values dedication and results?
