Our continued success depends on it Job Profile Title: Sr Staff Solution Program ManagerBusiness Title: Sr Staff Solution Program ManagerDepartment: Agile Delivery OfficeFLSA Status: ExemptPosition Overview:This position is responsible for the delivery of programs through a methodical approach of planning, executing, and controlling projects from start to finish.The Senior Staff Solution Program Manager demonstrates solution ownership and guides teams through program execution process to realize strategic objectives of the franchises they support.The Sr. Staff SPM uses professional program management concepts and frameworks in accordance with company objectives to leads the resolution of complex problems often with the need to integrate cross-functional business processes and outcomes.Responsibilities- Responsible for planning, program management, and on-time delivery of major strategic priorities and complex large-scale system releases supporting the franchise programs across multiple Agile Solution Delivery trains.- Build and maintain overall detailed project plan, Gantt chart, status updates, and RAIDE Register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Escalations) integrating all cross-functional workstreams.- Maintain and update project schedule and dependencies integrated with Agile teams, ARTs, and Solutions PI Plans- Lead release-based program core team and steering committee meetings for assigned program(s)- Lead project-related activities of project team members, providing guidance on conformance to established computer systems validation procedures.- Identify and assess mitigation options for program risks and issues, and escalate as needed to ensure program success- Assist Product Owners and core teams in problem solving and scenario analysis to assess impact of change requests- Provide input to Agile teams and ARTs review during PI planning and assess impact of PI Planning output to overall plan- Adhere to all regulatory agency standards, company quality standards and corporate policies.- Interprets internal/external business challenges and develops best practices to improve products, processes or services.- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as business needs demand.- Perform other duties as required.Key Decision Rights- Develops to 24-month program schedule & supporting detailed integrated project plan, identification and communication of major programs risks, issues, and blockers impacting overall program delivery- Influences program timelines, budget, and priorities, change management of any changes impacting overall program timeline- Vetoes unapproved schedule or resource changes that will impact overall program timeline and unapproved communication of program status, scenario analysis, timelines/roadmaps, risks, or issues.Required Leadership/Interpersonal Skills & Behaviors- Leadership and Influence: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams and executives. Excellent coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas, anticipate potential objections and persuade others to adopt a new point of view. Interacts with senior leaders and applies advanced negotiation skills- Change Management: Proven experience in leading change management efforts, addressing resistance, and fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement.- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs.- Outcome Focused: Demonstrated ability to define and achieve measurable business outcomes through Lean-Agile practices.
