**About the role**:The Senior Technical Project Manager reports to the LATAM Delivery Manager.The roles of the Senior Technical Project manager are:¦ Custodian of technical knowledge and expertise related to managing the IT infrastructure. In this role, technical management ensures that the knowledge required is identified, developed and refined.¦ Provides the actual resources to support the service lifecycle. In this role technical management ensures that resources are effectively trained and deployed to operate and improve the solution,¦ Guarantor of the stability of the productive platform in all phases of the service lifecycle.The main responsibilities are:- SPOC for complex technical matters with the customer and with other vendors/partners- Communicate the business and customer needs to R&D, Product and Deployment teams for proper products backlog and roadmap management.- Knowledge management of the team by assessing the level of skill of the team members and provide mentoring for effective skill-up- Coordinate the technical activities of the team based on the business priorities and skills required- Support as E2E solution architect in the design and development of new services/products/changes to guarantee a smooth integration to the productive platform- Be part of the Crisis Room and Problems management when required to provide accurate information to customers- Supporting the change management process where reliance on the technical knowledge and expertise may be needed- Support the project manager by detecting and communicate technical risks and dependencies to be properly managed**About you**:Hard skills- System Integrator for more than 3 years- Virtualisation (VMWare), Kubernetes- Squid- Oracle / Mongo Db / Sql and No Sql DB- Network configuration- Knowledge with Video transcoding, packaging, delivery networks & DRM - advantage- Project management (Agile and Waterfall)- Service management (ITIL or similar)Soft skills- Effective customer relationship management- Ability to explain technical Ideas/problems/solutions to a Non-Technical Audience- Fluent in English customer facing communication- Ability to work with remote teams in different timezones- Analytical mind and be force of proposition- Self-driven;- Innovative - ability to learn and work with new technologies;- Customer mind oriented**Additional information**:The comprehensive independent research revealed that the Company provides excellent employee conditions, nurtures and develops talent throughout all levels of the organization, and has demonstrated its leadership status in the HR environment, always striving to optimize its employment practices and to develop its employees.Because Orange Business Services hires the best people, we work hard to provide benefits that make their lives better, so we offer a comprehensive benefit program which features:- Health Insurance- Life Insurance- Bonus plan- Meal Allowance- Pension Plan- Birth benefit**Department**:Hosted Staff, HR Svc Contracts**Contract**:Regular
