DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.Team Overview:- This role will plan, review, adapt and execute marketing strategies and integratedRole Responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns based on market and user research and insights to tie into DiDi finance brand narrative and positioning in the Mexican market.- Use internal data to find relevant insights that transform into effective marketing campaigns achieving business and marketing OKRs.- Manage the day-to-day marketing activities, ops comms and reports.- Analyze and optimize campaigns regarding brand and growth results, crossing variables to make long term strategic decisions..- Manage agency relationships- Work cross functionally and build relationships with internal PR, Business, Ops, Product, in order to strengthen ideas and creative, and build holistic and effective campaigns.- Assemble presentation decks and clearly communicate findings from initiatives to management.- Remain fully informed on market trends and marketing campaigns and implement best practices reporting each marketing initiative and KPIs results.Role Qualifications:- 5 - 6 years of relevant experience as a marketing manager and experience of working closely with creative, production, and agencies.- Experience executing and planning marketing campaigns that contribute to brand trial growth.- Analytical thinking, understanding the whole picture and connecting the dot to improve future campaigns.- Data driven, takes decision based on data analysis to impact business growth.- Experience with media planning and integrated communications strategy.- Experience with brand building and a creative campaigns- Experience working with Insights, Analytics, and Decision Science teams to demonstrate marketing effectiveness and impact.- Be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects.- Have a creative and analytical thinking.- You are fluent in English, Chinese speaking would be a plus.EEO Statement:**You'll love working at DiDi because**- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
