As a global leader in innovative hearing care solutions, we are looking for a strategic and inspiring leader to drive our growth and success in the Mexican market.- The Role- As **Country Head, Mexico**, you will be responsible for leading Sonova’s Wholesale (WHS) business across the country. This is a pivotal leadership role with accountability for strategy, operations, sales, and people development. Reporting directly to the VP, Emerging Markets and Distribution, you will shape the future of Sonova in Mexico by achieving sustainable revenue growth, strengthening market presence, and building a high-performing team.- Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver on sales, revenue growth, and profitability targets.- Develop and execute annual strategic and commercial plans aligned with Sonova’s global vision.- Drive market penetration and expansion, successfully launching new products and services.- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare providers, distributors, and partners.- Inspire, coach, and develop a motivated sales and marketing organization.- Ensure operational excellence and compliance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.- Act as the face of Sonova in Mexico, representing the business with credibility and impact.- What We’re Looking For- 8-10 years of senior leadership experience in sales, marketing, and general management, with a proven track record of delivering growth.- Strong background in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods; retail healthcare experience is a plus.- Excellent business acumen, entrepreneurial thinking, and strong financial skills (P&L ownership).- Outstanding leadership qualities with the ability to engage, inspire, and develop teams.- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.- Cross-functional and cross-cultural management experience.- Proficiency in English and Spanish (both required).- Why Join Us?- This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow Sonova’s presence in one of our key growth markets.
