At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.Currently we are looking for our next:**FLNA Internal Control Assoc Manager****Which is the main objective of this role?**This position will be responsible for the Internal Control governance for FLNA Pepsico Global Template (PGT) controls. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging with the project team (e.g., IT Leads and Product Managers), business process & internal control representatives, IT controls, Information Security and external vendors, in order to deliver the control agenda to address business and IT process risks.**What will you be doing?**- Assess business and IT process risks- Prepare/update controls documentation (risk and control matrix, test script and control techniques)- Prepare annual controls testing plan and monitor status- Perform controls testing to assess their design and operational effectiveness- Work with management to develop the design of processes and content to support the internal controls function after go-live- Support various process activities related to the control’s governance, control automation and relevant suite of tools- Report controls effectiveness results- Support on remediation of control deficiencies- Execute control updates and populate templates as required by Global Control Standard (GCS)- Execute and manage ongoing changes to post go-live security and control processes- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary evidenceQualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- Bachelor’s degree required (Accountant, Administrator Finance or Similar)- 6-7 years of experience in Finance or IT functions for post graduates (MBA preferably; BBA (or equivalent) required).- 2+ years of technology-based internal controls design, testing, and implementation experience, preferably with a Big 4 or equivalent consulting firm- CISA, CRISC, CIA, PMP, SAFe, ITIL, COBIT or other equivalent certification (preferred)- Experience in data integrity maintenance and systems such as SAP S4- General understanding of Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance business processes and associated risks- Thorough understanding of SOX regulation requirements and ability to adapt to similar regulations- Broad understanding of compliance, audit, IT controls, business controls and segregation of duties (SoD) activities- Working knowledge of basic information security concepts- Ability to understand and discuss technical solutions to meet automated control requirements- Understanding of data analytics with adept competencies in analyzing data in Microsoft Access, Excel, pivot tables, etc.- Project Life Cycle experience- Deep knowledge of systems technical processes and configuration (preferred)- Strong excel skills- Able to work independently and takes initiative- Capable of managing multiple time sensitive priorities simultaneously- Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance- Ability to function well in a team environment- Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience- Exceptional communication skills.
