PROCUREMENT CATEGORY COORDINATOR - 1D- ** KEY RESPONSABILTIES**:First Procurement contact to ensure suppliers performance for BPC CategoriesManages aspects of Supplier Quality Assurance & Supplier Development in line with business strategy.Identify and build partnership with key suppliers and guarantee supplier complianceSupport the development of material strategies defined with Global, Regional and Local PortfoliosMonitor overall performance of the supply network and ensure continuous improvementCrisis Management developing contingency plans and alternatives to ensure a Resilience PlanExecute Projects to generate Value for the BPC Brands through savings opportunitiesDeliver bottom line savings by working together with Suppliers, R&D and the Supply Chain to identify and implementing cost saving programsAnalyze and develop deep understanding of the supply markets, including external economic factors which influence those marketsMonitor overall performance of the supply network and ensure continuous improvementDrive for continuous external/internal stakeholder’s management as well as SC E2E understanding- **SKILLS/COMPETENCIES**:- Higher professional education / university degree- Experience in Procurement or Supply Chain is desirable- High degree of negotiation skills- Be able to demonstrate influencing and interpersonal skills- Advanced English written and verbal communication skills- Expert knowledge in excel, power point, SAP- Excellent presentation skills (creation and delivery)- Excellent analytical skills with ability to extract, organize, analyze significant amount of data- Capable of managing and prioritizing across projects with a thorough approach to workload management- Attention to detail and aptitude to solve complex problems- Enjoy working in a virtual and multicultural working environment- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders (people skills)- Show passion and practical creativity for innovations and changes- Ability to take initiative- Digital aware and capable**I**NTERNAL **NETWORK**- Local, Regional and Global Procurement Teams + Procurement Leadership team- SC Teams (Planning, Make, Quality, T&E) and R&D Teams- Procurement Finance team, Legal and other supporting functions.**EXTERNAL **NETWORK**- Material Suppliers- External Supply Partners- Site: Bosques, Santa Fe
