**TESTING IT** Somos una empresa líder en pruebas de software, brindamos servicios en México y Nearshore a EEUU; te invitamos a unirte como** DATA LEAD ENGINEER**, jugará un papel fundamental para brindar servicios de TI excepcionales:**Buscamos a partir de 5-8 años de Experiência en**:**NIVEL DE INGLES CONVERSACIONAL B2-C2/ OBLIGATORIO**Alto dominio de al menos dos de Scala, Python y Spark aplicados a conjuntos de datos a gran escala.Experiência con tecnologías de big data (Spark, Data Lake, Delta Lake, Hive)Conocimiento de técnicas de procesamiento de datos por lotes y streaming (Azure Synpase, Databricks)Comprensión del proceso de gestión del ciclo de vida de los datos para recopilar, acceder, usar, almacenar, transferir y eliminar datos.Conocimiento de nível experto en el uso de SQL para escribir consultas complejas y altamente optimizadas en grandes volúmenes de datos. Experiência práctica en programación orientada a objetos usando Scala, Python, R o Java.**Hábil con Azure DevOps, creando PBI y elementos de trabajo.**Fuerte conocimiento de Agile.**Más de 1 año gestionando un equipo de desarrolladores**En Effectual, los ingenieros de datos son responsables de diseñar, crear y mantener conjuntos de datos que se pueden aprovechar en proyectos de datos.Obsesión por la observabilidad, instrumentación, monitoreo y alertas del servicio.**Responsabilidades clave**:Será responsable de administrar un equipo de desarrolladores que serán responsables de crear canales de datos optimizados utilizando tecnologías emergentes, en un entorno de nube, con el fin de generar información analítica.Trabajar con las partes interesadas del negocio y las operaciones para definir y probar nuevos productos, informes y paneles de datos para usuarios empresariales clave.Cree elementos de la cartera de productos (PBI) y elementos de trabajo en Azure DevOpsCree la infraestructura necesaria para una extracción, transformación y carga óptimas de datos de una amplia variedad de fuentes como API, Blob Storage y ninguna base de datos SQL.Asistir al Gerente de Producto y al Gerente Comercial en el diseño de la solución técnica.Guiando a un equipo de ingenieros de datosAjuste fino del rendimiento de los productos de datos existentes.Experiência en el alcance técnico de proyectos, elaborando planes de entrega.Experiência con herramientas de modelado de datos como ERWIN u otras.Realizar otras tareas según sea necesarioModalidad de Trabajo 100% remotoLunes a Viernes 7 am a 3 pm CSTPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensa
