Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.**Job Description** Please note that this is an on site job at Silao, Guanajuato.**The Contract & Claim Manager will report operationally to the Project Lead, who will act as the main point of contact for task planning, supervision, and performance review. The CCM will also coordinate closely with the Project Lead and relevant functional teams. Formal validations will be performed by Legal, Procurement, Finance, and PMO as per internal governance.The CCM will work in close coordination with:- Project Lead / PMO- Procurement- Legal and Compliance- Technical Workstream Leads (Engineering, MEP, Automation, etc.)- Project Controlling & Finance- FIDIC Engineer- Quality, HSE, Sustainability- Senior Management and other stakeholders**Qualifications**- Degree in Engineering or related field.- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract & claims management (esp. under FIDIC)- Track record in execution of complex industrial/infrastructure projects (e.g., execution of at least two or three construction projects from post-signing until handover to the Operations Maintenance Team).- High proficiency in English (spoken and written)- Strong legal awareness and negotiation skills- Comfortable working across functions and managing external stakeholders- Experience with CAPEX project lifecycles and documentation**Additional Information**:- Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
