**Position**:Bookkeeper (100% Remote)We are looking to hire a highly motivated remote bookkeeping professional to help manage our financial books and join our growing team Time will be split between HireLATAM (recruiting agency) and Second Place Storage (real estate business) about evenly. You will be working alongside a great remote team that has members from Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, El Salvador, Mexico, Guatemala and Panama**Responsibilities**:- Categorizing and analyzing transactions on our accounting software (Quickbooks Online)- Invoice management (Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable)- Ensure accurate reconciliation of finances every month- Maintain organized and accurate financial records- Conduct essential periodic financial monitoring, reporting and forecasting- Perform additional tasks as needed**Requirements**:- Minimum of 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience with US-based businesses- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field is preferred- Demonstrable experience in bookkeeping and/or financial operations is required- Familiar with US GAAP standards- Experience with Microsoft and Google Suite- Familiarity with Accounting software such as Quickbooks- Reliable internet/WiFi and excellent audio quality with mínimal to zero background noise- Proficient english is required- Must have a strong work ethic and track record delivering results- Must have excellent attention to detail.- You must be reliable and show up on time.**Payment**- Monthly salary is expected to be $1000 USD- Payments are processed and sent via Wise or similar platform at an established frequency (bi-weekly)**Schedule**:8:00 am to 4:30 pm CDT (Monday through Friday)
