Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with a background in technology and more than four years of experience managing technical projects. This role will oversee and facilitate engineering projects and/or scrum teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The Technical Project Manager will bridge technical and non-technical teams, resolve challenges, and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead existing scrum or project teams, providing agile process guidance and support. Educate team members on agile methodologies and best practices. Utilize JIRA for project tracking, reporting, and team support. Assist in launching new scrum or project teams as needed. Gather requirements from end-users to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope, creating detailed technical specifications. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
