Full Time Senior Marketing Growth

We're seeking a Senior Marketing & Growth Manager to lead and execute key marketing and growth initiatives for B4OS.dev and Librería de Satoshi . You’ll design and run the growth engine that fuels our mission: making Bitcoin, AI, and open-source education accessible worldwide. You’ll focus on strategy, partnerships, events, funnels, PR, email, and community growth working closely with the leadership team to drive measurable results. The social media manager will report to you. This is a role for a strategic builder : someone who can combine growth marketing with community building to generate demand, build trust, and scale our programs globally as an individual contributor. Why You’ll Love Working With Us Fully Remote & Flexible Work from anywhere with 6 hours overlap with PST (San Francisco) 10am - 4pm Compensation $1,500 to $ 2,500 USD monthly (full-time) Paid in Bitcoin, USD, or your preferred local currency Growth & Development Join as our first senior marketing hire , with path to Head of Growth Direct collaboration with founders and leadership Full ownership of marketing strategy, events, campaigns, and partnerships Mentorship and continuous learning encouraged Culture Diverse, mission-driven, fast-paced team Allergic to mediocrity: we ship, we learn, we improve Independent thinking + collaborative culture Mission-Driven Work Expand global access to Bitcoin and AI education Contribute to financial literacy and technological empowerment Shape the growth and community strategy for open-source education What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Growth & Marketing * Demand Generation: Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, PR, SEO, partnerships, events). * Funnels & Automation: Design onboarding flows, drip campaigns, and growth experiments.* Website & SEO: Improve landing pages, conversion funnels, and search visibility.* Partnerships & PR: Develop co-marketing partnerships with Bitcoin, AI, and EdTech orgs; lead press and media outreach.* Analytics & Reporting: Define KPIs, track performance, and report results to leadership. Community Building & Events Community Strategy: Design and execute initiatives (challenges, Q&As, guest talks, ambassador programs) that strengthen engagement and belonging across Discord, Telegram, and EdTech spaces keeping our community of developers and learners active and connected. Bridge with Ops: Collaborate with Programs and Partnerships teams to align community insights with growth initiatives. Events (Online & Onsite): Plan and coordinate events such as meetups, hackathons, residencies, and conferences including communication planning, branding, merchandising, and on-site activations that enhance partnerships, reputation, and presence. We’re Looking For Required Experience in tech or Edtech, at least 2 years. 3+ years in marketing, growth, or community leadership , ideally in startups or EdTech Proven ability to design and run measurable growth campaign Excellent writing skills (English required) Experience in partnerships, PR, or thought leadership Analytical mindset able to set KPIs, measure, and iterate Willingness to travel 1-2 times per year for residencies or conferences Preferred Knowledge of Bitcoin, AI, or open-source ecosystems Experience with paid acquisition (Google, X, or LinkedIn Ads) Multi-language skills (Spanish, Portuguese, or others) preferred Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude) What We Value Results-Driven: Success = growth, engagement, and retention Creativity with Constraints: You build impact with limited resources Mission Alignment: You care deeply about Bitcoin, open source, and education Curiosity: Always testing and improving Collaboration: Independent yet communicative Hiring Process Application Review Interview with our team members.
