We strictly adhere to the principles of fairness, respect, and transparency in our hiring process.**Responsibilities**:- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth- Conduct market research to determine potential target customers and develop strategies to engage them- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies- Develop and nurture strong relationships with important individuals who play a crucial role in decision-making processes.- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives**Requirements**:- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the software industry- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Ambitious and self-motivated with a proven track record of success- Ability to compete in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Fluency in both English and SpanishPlease note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).Zendesk software was built to bring a sense of calm to the chaotic world of customer service.
