CBS Business Support Controller Industry (Corporate & Business Services)MISSION: The Business Support Controller of the Industrial Facilities assists business entities, particularly Business Partner Controllers (BPC and BPC managers), in their management assistance mission.He/she reports directly to a manager of a Shared Service (CBS-F).He/she strongly collaborates with his/her BPC and the entities operational partners he covers, and invites his/her partners to use the tools and information he/she provides. He/she builds with his/her BPC the forecasts and draws up the reports and analysis for his/her entity, regarding the different indicators of the entity: sales for the commercial territories, CRI and variances for the factories, etc.KEY ACTIVITIES:- Fulfillment of obligations of Service Level Agreement (SLA / OLA)- Portfolio of reports, scorecards and requests.- Formats and items necessary to develop reforecasts (CRI).- First-level analysis of collected data (results and forecasts).- Participation in Projects to improve process- Promotion of the standardization of methods and procedures, and support for customer entities with the progress actions adopted in the CBS- Business continuity (concerns some posts in CESP): progress facility, quality guaranty, quality obtention, training and tutoring.- Progress plan initiatives must be included according to the activity needs- Process all the data to guarantee a accurate monthly closing for the plants, respecting the Group deadlines and process defined as Standards.Details:1.. Monthly closing: Deliverables: Scorecard defined yearly: deadlines and qualIty. Action register in Planner of issues presented during closing and follow up. Performe all tasks related to Month End Closing attending the deadlines with good quality and measure them thru Scorecard.2. Indicator analysis and corrective actions. Deliverables: Variances analysisMonitoring of corrective actions: Identify the root cause of the problems and participate with BSA in the solution of the problem (do proposal action looking for improvements)3. Level of Service with the plants: Deliverables: Quality review by Quater: SLA and OLA definitions with BPC4. Respect of Doc de Base and Internal Control policy. Deliverables: Support the BPC and the plants to gather information for Internal control process. Respect all Group procedures for Std Cost process5.Guarantee a good referential process yearly. Deliverables: Data quality attending the Group doc de Base.6.Guarantee the continuity plan of the team. All WI and procedures should be done and updatedRespect the polyvalence plan define by the manager7. Forecast process: Support BPC in operational data creation for Forecast process in the period requested by the activity8. Support the BPC and the plant in First Level Analysis according to the chose/focus process defined. In addition support the plants with all analysis required to help the facility to make financial decisions to improve the economical performance.9. Lead or participate in Projects to improve process10.
