Join Paystand and help us lead the financial revolution.**:**Please note that only resumes submitted in English will be considered.****Role at a Glance**As a Sales Engineer at Yaydoo, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding companies through their digital finance journey—from initial discovery to detailed solution planning. You'll dive deep into clients' financial operations and systems, help uncover inefficiencies, and lead the development of robust, scalable solutions that tie together invoicing, collections, bookkeeping, and reporting.To do this, this Pre Sales Engineer must understand how Yaydoo solutions can be molded with back-office systems and provide technical reassurance. This is not a sales role but instead will be perceived as an objective advisor looking out for the best results for Yaydoo and the clients.On a daily basis, you'll support live customer conversations, lead whiteboard sessions, prepare tailored solution proposals, and ensure each customer's unique needs are addressed both technically and strategically. Whether it's a growing ecommerce brand struggling with payment reconciliation, a small business experiencing growth and a corresponding need for enhanced bookkeeping, or a mid-sized distributor seeking to modernize their receivables, you'll be a key partner in designing and communicating how Yaydoo fits into their ecosystem and drives tangible outcomes.**What You'll Do**Engage with both SMBs and mid-sized enterprises to understand their end-to-end financial workflows, including invoicing, collections, AP/AR processes, and their existing financial systems (ERP, accounting software, CRMs, and payment platforms).Serve as a strategic technical partner in the sales process, guiding solution design for more complex business environments with multiple system dependencies, compliance needs, or multi-entity operations.Collaborate with customer finance, operations, and IT teams to map out integration approaches, data workflows, and user adoption plans that align with their current infrastructure and future goals.Build and deliver tailored demos, proof-of-concepts, and solution proposals that connect Yaydoo's platform capabilities to each stakeholder's priorities—whether CFOs, controllers, or technical leads.- Partner closely with account executives, product teams, and implementation specialists to ensure continuity from discovery to go-live, including documenting requirements, advising on technical configuration, and shaping post-sale handoff plans.**Who You Are**You bring deep familiarity with bookkeeping and accounting processes—especially how they operate in Mexican businesses, across industries like ecommerce, wholesale, services, and manufacturing.You're comfortable engaging in detail-heavy conversations about data structures, financial reporting workflows, and systems interoperability.You enjoy working in both strategic and hands-on ways—switching between high-level solution discussions and technical demos or documentation.- You have experience advising clients with diverse tech stacks and regulatory requirements, and you know how to align stakeholders around structured solutions.**Requirements**:3-5+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Financial Systems Advisor role, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or ERP environments.Working knowledge of platforms such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Contpaq, or similar accounting/ERP systems.Exp
