Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mexico City for an Infrastructure and cybersecurity Pre-sales Engineer. The role involves working closely with the sales and technical teams to deliver customized IT infrastructure and security solutions for clients. Responsibilities include conducting technical presentations, preparing proposals, delivering product demonstrations, and providing pre-sales consultancy. You will support the sales team in understanding customer needs and designing innovative solutions to fit those requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Engineering with a proven ability to support sales efforts and bridge the gap between technical teams and clients.
  • Strong Technical Support and troubleshooting skills for IT infrastructure or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Relevant certifications in IT infrastructure or cybersecurity (e.g., VMware, Cisco, AWS, Fortinet, PA, or similar) are a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of hyper-converged infrastructure, virtual desktop infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
