Descripción y detalle de las actividades**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:- Prepare indicator reports and supervise compliance with TAT and Failure Analysis metrics.- Coordinate failure analysis ensuring compliance with the procedures, standards, and specifications established in the Quality Management System related to their position.- Provide support to the Quality, Manufacturing Engineering and Design teams.- Conduct continuous improvement meetings with Production, Engineering, and Import-Export, if required.- Coordinate system and product calibration processes.- Maintain and update the equipment and testers used in the Failure Analysis and Systems and Product Calibration Laboratory.- Generate plans, procedures, and instructions that support compliance with the quality system.Experiência y requisitos**For This Role, You Will Need**:- 3 to 5 years of Experience in Manufacturing processes, Quality Management**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart**:- Engineering Degree- Experience in Manufacturing processes, Quality Management- Advanced English (B2 or C1)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Proficiency in GD&T- Knowledge of ISO-9001 and metrology**Our Culture & Commitment to You**:We recognize the importance of employee well-being and know that being your best self requires flexible and competitive benefit plans that meet the physical, mental, financial and social needs of yourself and your family.
