**Vacante para la empresa Experiências Capital Humano en Hermosillo, Sonora**:Software engineer -.netExperiências Capital Humano busca Software engineer - net en Guadalajara, Jalisco**Role description**Software Engineer (full stack) to help build out and deliver solutions for our clients. The individual will work remotely along with the product owner and be responsible for development across the entire product platform(s) leveraging software development best practices and tools and aligning to company standards. The role expects the developer to build, enhance and maintain the front-end user interface, middle layer and backend datastore. In addition, the developer will assist the product manager and customer service team with product troubleshooting and issue resolution as needed during business hours.**Responsibilities**:- Be a self-starter who helps identify problems and proactively works to solve them as they arise.- Coordinate closely with the product team.- Communicate proactively with teammates and customers regarding work status, issues and risks.- Ad hoc technical support to the product team as needed to understand and rapidly resolve any identified issues.**Technical requirements**:- Fluent with object-oriented languages with specific knowledge of.NET, C# and ASP.NET- At least 3 years experience with:- .NET, C# and ASP.NET, MSSQL- Web development frameworks, including HTML/JavaScript/AJAX.- Data aggregation processes and ETL.- Any cloud environment. AWS is strongly preferred, and familiarity with AWS services would be a plus.- MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL or similar relational database.- Experience setting up CI/CD and DevOps processes.- Basic understanding of software configuration and build management.- Strong experience working with APIs and web services, including extracting data from XML and JSON structures.- Adherence to security and OWASP practices.- A background in data management and analytics would be a strong positive for this role.**Soft skills/requirements**:- Project management skills for leading small to medium sized projects.- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally, in writing, by telephone, and in face-to-face virtual meetings.- Ability to quickly absorb new specifications on products/platforms and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.- Strong organizational, written, and prioritization skills.- Strong customer service skills.**Nice-to-have experience**:- High level understanding of project planning and task estimation.- High level understanding of system integration / APIs- Good experience of system testing, validation, and verification.- Experience with NoSQL- High level understanding of ITIL support process, including experience using support ticketing tools and servicing those following dictated SLAs would also be helpful.- Ability to automate system support using AWS tools.**TENEMOS PARA TI**- Salario abierto a tus expectativas y experiência- Trabajo remoto- Te entregamos todas las herramientas que necesitas para desarrollar tu trabajo- Fondo de ahorro (13%)- Gastos Medicos Mayores- Bono anual del 5% sobre salario anual basado en metas- Plan de crecimiento profesional- Pan de certificaciones con incentivos (bonos por certificación)**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Tecnología / Internet**Industria**:Desarrollo de Software / Programación
